Web Development Curriculum

This is a curriculum I created (though it is ever evolving) to help others learn web development. I have used this curriculum at CUNY Queens College to teach a summer web development course. Please feel free to use or contribute to this curriculum. The curriculum can be viewed here.

Contributing to the Curriculum

Installing and Running Book on Local Machine

1. npm install gitbook-cli -g
2. gitbook install
3. gitbook serve

This will run a local server on port 4000.

Contribution Work Flow

1. Fork this repository.
2. Create a branch specific to the section you are working on or adding. Push your work to that branch. Focus your work on that fix or feature.
   • Use good commit messages.
   • Name the branch appropriately.
3. Submit a pull request against the master branch.
